I have a 97 JW 4 cylinder and needed to find mine.
After finding the part first on-line, I was able to find it on-engine :)
You cannot see it or get to it with normal hood open position.
Place a cloth on top of windshield and lay hood in windshield.
From driverʻs side, lean over fender looking at back of engine.
It is located in front of driver where the throttle/carburetor would be.
Follow air cleaner to top of engine. You will see the throttle.
On the opposite side, I found the tiny Throttle Position Sensor.
It is a small black (2 inch) attachment with wire snap in.
Sure, the TPS or throttle position sensor is located on the throttle body.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body opposite of where the cables attach.
It is on the throttle body, opposite the cables.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body on the opposite side of the cables.

If you mean TPS, that is the throttle position sensor. In a 1994 Wrangler, it is located on the driver side near the firewall. It has two parts, the sensor and the plug.

The throttle position sensor is located on the throttle plate.
It's on the throttle body below air intake. There is a 3 prong wire plugged into it.
The throttle position sensor is located on the throttle plate, straight across from the throttle linkage.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body.
