Below the battery box there is an oval shaped cover that sticks out about 3 inches. Towards the front of that, is the transmission filler hole. May take a large allen wrench or Torx to remove. When you remove this plug it will have a dip stick made into it.
Where is the oil drain plug on 99 dyna super glide
There is no such bike. In '92 there was an FXR Super Glide, an FXDC Dyna Glide Custom, or an FXDB Dyna Daytona. Do you mean oil drain plug? If the bike is, indeed a Dyna, there's a plug on the bottom of the oil tank which is below the transmission. If it's an FXR the drain hose for the oil tank is under the left side plastic cover.
The oil drain plug on a Harley Davidson 003 Dyna Wide Glide is located on the left side of the oil drain pan. The right side contains the transmission drain plug.

There will be a fill plug on the side of the trans, fill it until fluid comes out of the hole and seal it back up.
Let engine cool. Remove dipstick/fill plug. Remove oil filter. Remove drain plug (underside of bike).
