its by the drivers side under the hood.. if you have your manual guide it shows exactly where it is..

It is bolted on the left hand side (sitting in the drivers seat) of the engine.

Mounted on the side of the engine, if you look all the way around the circumference of the joint between the engine and transmission you will find it because that's where the flywheel is located.
If it is a manual transmission, it has none. If it is Auto, look around some more and you will find it. Clue, Owner's manual! if you have the 2.4L T engine it does not have a dip stick
