You will have to remove the pan off of the bottom of the transmission.
Be sure to have a drain pan handy. When you take the pan off you will see the filter bolted to the valve body.
If they are the same engine, it's highly likely the trans will be the same .

That transmission is COMPUTER CONTROLLED and does NOT have a modulator valve. If you are having transmission problems then you need to have the transmission scanned with an OBDII engine scanner to see what is going on.
