The turn signal flasher relay on a 2005 Ford F250 is located under the dash near the brake pedal. It controls the pulsation of the turn signals.
The flasher unit is integral to the switch.

The turn signal/hazard flasher is located under the instrument panel to the right of the steering column. Remove the flashe by pulling straight out. - Haynes Manual #36071, 1993-2005 Ford Ranger Pick-ups.
It's right up in front on the dash. It's part of the hazard switch.
On a 2005 Ford F-350 : The multifunction switch is inside the steering column cover ( the turn signal lever and hazard flasher button sticks out of the cover )
Check the 2005 GMC Envoys turn signal flasher. The flasher could have an intermittent issue causing the signals to not work.
The "flasher" module is located beneth the steering column behind the large plastic knee sheild. (comes off with two hex screws) it's behind the metal shield on the left side, should be connected to a bracket that is anchored to the frame

The flasher is located on driver side,next to steering column.look up at fuses. the flasher is at the top of this fuse panel.i changed mine,i had to turn the fuse panel to get access to flasher,3 bolts hold panel in place,remove them,remove plugs,you should be able to get at flasher.will take some time though
