It is a black box located adjacent to your fuse box. It is not a typical relay nor a cheap one. About 1 inch wide, 2 1/2 inches across and 2 1/2 inches high. Should be attached to the main relay (tan/gray) in some way or another.

The turn signal relay is located just behind the battery holder, you can simply pull it off by tugging on it to the rear of the bike.
