The turn signal relay looks like a black rectangular box about 1"x1.5". It is located under the dash between the steering column and the clutch pedal. You have to lay on your back with your head down by the pedals, looking up, to see it. There is a single 10 or 12mm nut securing it. Remove the nut with a socket wrench, lower the unit, pull off the plug while holding down the small release. I would suggest finding one at a salvage since the new ones online go for over $80.
I just blew out my turn signals and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Checked the fuses, wires, and diagrams, and found no problems. I just happened to have a spare relay from an old harness, so I just tried it out and it worked.
