Hades had children with Persephone. Two that I know for sure. They might of had two more.
Hades would get more ghosts of the dead. Hephaetus might not notice.
Some people might think so, but I would say no. Hades is a very fair and just God, he can be stern at times and seem cold. But he is never cruel.
Hades is King of the Underworld, god of the dead - first born son of Cronus and Rhea. If by "counos" you might mean Cronus? Cronus is the Titan god of Time.
I personally find Hades to be very admirable. Not everyone could do what he does day in and day out, to provide that sort of service to mortals and their souls. Not everyone views/viewed him as such, most ancient Greeks had a tendency to fear Hades. They would do their best to not do something that might draw his attention.

Hades was the god of the Underworld and dead people. He might seem cruel, but he is not. Without him, dead people will have no where to go when they die.
