The best place to go to replace one's dashboard is the car dealer that sold the car. Going to a collision shop is another good place. Or one can order the part and replace it themselves with the help of You Tube or other websites.
The best place to replace a broken dashboard cover would be to go to the manufacturer where you bought your car. Another option would be to look for the same dashboard online and replace the dashboard yourself. I suggest not going out and buying a used dashboard for you do not know the condition of the dashboard.
you might be able to just go through the back of the glovebox to get to the heater core
It should be in the fuse panel and the flasher fuse is the round one inside. REplace it and you should be good to go.
