Do they? I don't believe this is known. I have not been able to find any real estimate for the numbers of meteorites hitting the Moon or the Earth so a comparison is kind of unwarranted. However, I would expect more meteorites to hit the Moon than the Earth *per unit surface area* because the Moon has very little atmosphere. A lot of meteors hit the Earth's atmosphere without ever reaching the Earth's surface because they burn up in the air. The Moon has no such protective covering and so will be hit by all the meteors that head its way.
Their social security numbers, bank account numbers and PINs. Oh, and anything classified, as in "spy satellites".
There are no numbers that big.
If the size of the moon were to change, even if the moon somehow got crunched down to nothing and became a black hole, there would be no effect at all on the earth's ocean tides. But if the moon's mass or its distance from earth changed, then either change would have a big effect on the tides. But in order to calculate the exact effects, we'd need to know the actual numbers.

Yes. All rational numbers can be changed into fraction form, while all numbers that can't are irrational.
London was 01 until 1990. Local number had seven digits. In 1990 London was split into two areas (071 - inner London; 081 - outer London). In 1995 the codes were changed from 071 to 0171, and from 081 to 0181. In 2000, both of the codes were both changed to 020 and the seven-digit local numbers were changed to eight-digit local numbers. Numbers in the old 0171 area were changed from xxx xxxx to 7xxx xxxx. Numbers in the old 0181 area were changed from xxx xxxx to 8xxx xxxx. All of these numbers had the (020) code from that time on. In recent times (2005), new numbers started to be issued in the 3xxx xxxx number range.
If any 1 or more numbers come up significantly more often than any others over the long run, then the game is not an honest game.
