Go to your video card manufacturer's website and they should have a download page. This is where you should be able to download the latest drivers.
You can find a video card at any computer shop or somthing like that.
You can find the BIOS version of your video card by pressing DEL immediately your computer starts.
If you're unable to find drivers for your video card the manufacturer may no longer offer support for that card. If support is no longer offered by the manufacturer, you can then use Windows drivers instead. Just right click on your video card under your system's components and select Update Driver.
GPU-Z is a way ^^
One can find video card comparisons online from several different places. Some of the places in which one can find video comparisons online are: Microsoft, and Computer Hope.

Your card needs to be in a card-reader, or the camera plugged into the computer with the USB cable that came with your camera... Then find the file on the card, which should look like a directory or folder on your computer, then just drag-n'-drop! OR use software that came with your Canon to get the video off of the card. OR use software that came with your computer to get the video off of the card.
You need to install a sound card driver which you can find on the motherboard/computer manufacture website.
Install the video card and on start up enter BIOS and turn off on board video if you have that. Then load current video driver for your card. If you don't have the latest driver. Go to the makers web site and click on support and find your model. The download is free. Then follow the instructions I've given up above.
Open your CPU, Then you'll find a blue colored slot. That's where it goes....:) :)
May be the driver needs to be updated as well. There could be numerous causes including the fact that the new card may not be compatible.Make sure the new video card is compatible with the motherboard. Check on the device manager and check for yellow signs on the video card if its yellow try to update the driver if that does not work try uninstalling the video driver and restart the computer. the computer should find the new hardware when you turn it on. Try reinstalling any software that came with the new video card.if the PC hangs do a "msconfig" to see what programs are running at start-up or check what programs are currently running. maybe the new video card is eating up all the memory.Do a Ram check, if its not the Ram check for dust inside computer that can also slow down a computer.however i suggest looking in the memory department.try connecting all the pieces it could be that the errors and the computer lagging are different things but you never know..
The video card has an universal blue conector. It has the female end of it. That is the easiest way to find it. The conetor has holes for pins of the male side in the cable to enter.
