to race, first, you'll need to find a ticket which allows you to race, and battle bosses. in total, there are 36 tickets including the boss tickets. there are tickets in some random places. some might be hard to find, some are just sitting in middle of the street. after collecting a ticket, go to ticket office. you will find a yellow icon in the mini map, use that to help you find it. then, select a race/boss to do and then click select and it will start loading and there you have it! hope this help you out.
