Well the best place to get pierced first is the ears, preferably the earlobes. Its a simple place, MANY people already have it done (so it shouldn't effect your job, work, etc...) , and it may be able to tell you your pain tolerance. I've had my ears pierced 6 times already and in hoping to bring that number up to 8. I have a very low pain tolerance, but I barely felt them. I would definitely suggest getting your ears done first if you have never gotten a piercing before. hope this helps :)

What should one know about getting a lower lip piercing repierced?

There's not much to know really, it's pretty much the same as the first time, just make sure if you're re-piercing the same spot that the old piercing is completely healed first, and be prepared for slighty more pain than the first time as piercing through scar-tissue can cause more discomfort.

How do you get rid of the nubs of the teared belly piercing?

Well first you stop using what ever it is you are using to clean the piercing, what ever you have been using is causing the bumps or nubs as you call them to appear. Irrigate the piercing under warm running water in the shower and leave it alone, within a few days the piercing should start to get better. By the way it's a navel piercing not a belly piercing.

Caring for naval piercing?

A new body piercing should be cleaned regularly. It should be kept dry, and you should avoid playing with it too much. You can buy piercing cleaner in stores, or you can use first aid alcohol. To clean a naval piercing, you should use one of the options above. A good brand is H2Ocean piercing cleanser. If the naval is infected, there are many steps to take. Soak with warm water on a cloth until it is not hot anymore. Use hydrogen peroxide to drain the infections, but you should not use it often becuase it will freeze the cells and complicate the healing process.
