Try to learn some simple html. You can do that on your computer, using a simple text editor like Notepad. Open Notepad and copy and paste this text into it:

Now save the file as MyPage.htm making sure to set the Save As Type option to All Files. If you then find the file on your computer and open it, it should open in a browser window. You may not understand all of what it does, but you have now created a simple web page. You need to learn more about what that does and add to it and you will learn. There are lots of resources on the internet and you could buy some books or go on a course.
