No, since it is against the Jagex rules of play.
There are different ways to train Agility. There is no really fast way to train it because like most of the skills, with each level or so comes a reward. Such as when you reach Agility level 35 you are able to train at the Barbarian Course. So once again it all depends on your level and there is no "Fastest" way to train Agility. PS: Bring food but keep your HP low because you will get less damage penalties if you happen to fall or make a mistake. (Around 20) Dont wear armor because it makes your chances of making a mistake far higher than if you were not to be wearing armor. id say the fastest way to train agility really depends on your lev because you can acses diffrentcourses depending on your lev but if your a beginer lev 1-25 try the agility course in the gnome stronghold.
get a high lev to own it MOSTLY for you. Make him run. Finish it off.
They're supposed to have a mag-lev shuttle.
a " yew" is a tree and u have to have a certain lev. to cut them down you have to have level 60 woodcutting to cut a yew tree
No. Lev Vygotsky encouraged it.
balloon, dude

The exact same transport as today. The only exception is the Hovercraft and Mag Lev train which did not exist then.
It Depends on ur att and def level if its high it will take a while if its is like 7 and below it will be a lot faster
Electromagnetism was discovered in 1911 and it led to the mag-lev trains. These trains made rail travel much faster and used less energy. A magnetically levitated train has no wheels, but floats-or surfs- on electromagnetic waves.
