It's where the transmission meets the engine on the back side and on the bottom.
It's on the backside of the engine towards the rear. You'll have to jack the car up and put it on jack stands to change out the starter. After you do that get under the car and look up about even with the clutch on the back side. You'll see a electric motor with 2 bolts on the bottom and 1 bolt on top.
