It goes into small alveoles, and then into the blood stream. It will then go to the heart that will push the oxygen into the rest of the body trough the aorta and arteries.

The air goes through your trachea when it comes out of your lungs. It then exits your body by leaving your trachea and entering your nose or mouth until it passes from the body.
