Vikings traveled from Scandinavia to many different parts of the world. They did not have only one destination. Although since there are no longer any Vikings, perhaps we could say that their destination was oblivion.
The vikings emigrated from Norway and other Scandinavian countries to Iceland, and from there to Greenland. They had a short visit to Nova Scotia, off the coast of Canada, but due to "cultural differences" with the Native Americans, they vacated back to Greenland. Iceland's conversion to Christianity to avoid war with the King of Norway ended the Viking age.

The Vikings starting raidin England much later on, in 787. They conquered parts of England in the 860s and 870s.
