A supercharger can be purchased from all good electronics stores and many DIY stores. For example, try stores such as Amazon or Ebay, or from the official Supercharger webpage.
You can buy a supercharger for any engine. All a supercharger is is a means of getting more air into the engine. however if you have a rather small displacement or a high mileage engine a supercharger is not a good idea. Also they tend to be in the $2500-3000 range.

You can, but if it is supercharged stock when you buy a car new (Audi A6 for example), it will do pretty poorly and since it's stock with the car, you wouldn't need to take it off, but if you buy a car with an aftermarket supercharger or you add one on and you want to take it off, you can with the same work you did putting it on.
