go to the props merchant in athens/sparta.. then buy the riding skill... after buying press "b" and find your riding skill book..right-click on it.. after learning the skill press "s" and find the " riding " skill and put it in your skill boxes on the bottom of your screen.. after putting it there press the "riding skill" after that you are now riding your horse..
Yes. Well it depends on if you own a horse or not, reallly. If you have a horse you need to buy all the riding clothes (over $200) plus lessons, shows, etc. Then if you own a horse, you need to pay for all of your horses needs like food, hay, saddle, bridle, saddle pads, blankets, vet supplies, and sooo much more. so yes! it is at least more expensive than figure skating.
If you are trying to pass the sixth riding level on howrse, then i quite sure the answer is brush it with straw buy your horse an anti sweat rug or cooler :)
First of all, you can sell your horses. =)Second, as you are only riding level 1, you can't do too much. You will be able to buy and sell horses after Riding Level 2.
If you can buy passes you can create a coat with the Black Pearl or buy a coat with a Golden Apple. If you can't buy passes then you have 2 options :::1)Pass a riding level and get a Horn of Plenty(Note that not all riding levels have Horns of Plenty in them) 2)Buy a horse with a Golden Apple hope this helps!!By the way on horse.com my username is sorry sweety-pie

Yes, you can.
It all depends on what you want to do, if you want to show you would want a trained show horse, if you just want a riding horse, get one who has a nice temperment and is suitable for your level of riding experience. If you just want to ride a couple times a week, don't get a high energy horse who needs lots of training and attention.
