if it is like the Celebi event during Pokemon Gold/Silver, then another Celebi event should be coming up. You get the GS ball from Kurt, then when you get it back, go to Ilex Forest, place the GS ball in the slot, and Celebi will appear. This might not be right since this is the Gold/Silver event.
