you cant add it to your friends' party,but u can catch it in a 3-d dolce island computer world.there are boss pokemon and pokemon that you cant catch or see in the real world,but those are just 3-d models,their attacks are from the data in your browser.u can only go there after you complete the "power for nema!" quest,where you have to catch 5 electric type pokemon
