That would be fuse #22 in the fuse box at the left corner of the dash.
If I understand your post: The brake light is on constantly? If so, you may want to adjust or replace the brake light switch located at the top of the brake pedal.
You have stumped the wizzard as I find no such animal.
In a repair manual or online.
Check your fuse. Find a diagram of your fuse box to find the correct one to check. Check your bulbs. Check your brake light switch.

Check ALL of the fuses with a test light then you will know they are good
It is in the drivers side kick panel.
To replace the rear corner lights on a 1998 Acura CL open the trunk. Find the brake light housing and disconnect the bulb. Install the new bulb.
You can find a Steeler's brake light hitch at most auto part stores. You can also find it at various junk yards.

I just had to change mine yesterday 4/12/08 you have to open your trunk, look right under where the 3rd brake light is to find wire running to it, twist to pop it out. Hope this helps. B.C.
You can find the 2007 Nissan brake light fuse in the fuse box. The brake light fuse will be in the second column, third from the top.
