Guan is found in Mt. Lavaflow. Just saying from my own experience, I didn't find ANY Guan fossils until after the lava-flow valve got shut off. Even then, it'll probably take quite a bit of searching to find Guan... I don't think he's one of those "easily found" vivosaurs.
I found mine in the room where you got Ingo's fossil (Mt. Lavaflow). If you want it to learn Great Unmasking so it can transform into a T-rex, it must have all 4 parts (Head, body, legs, arms). Honestly, a T-rex is better than a guan T-rex and you find the T-rex at Parchment Desert after you buy all of the Oasises. At 20,000 each, the oasises are VERY EXPENSIVE, but they are worth it. Oh, ya, the Parchment Desert is available after you beat the main storyline. Guans are good, but for a T-rex, nothing is better at being a T-rex than a real one.
Hope this helped!
well from what i know(which is not much) you find him on mt. lavaflow, but since he is a really great vivosaur, he's rare to find. i still dont know wether you find him(SPOILER ALERT) after you fight duna or before
in Mount Lavaflow. Guan is very rare.
If you're referring to the in-game item from Fossil Fighters, talk to the NPC at Mt. Lavaflow. He'll ask you to clean fossils; repeat this until he gives you the legs.
