The service center of any Peterbilt dealership can provide those. You're really better off just to get an SAE J1708 compatible code reader, though... I use a NexIQ ProLink... less expensive ones are available. Flash codes are often very vague... it might tell you, for example, that there's a low coolant warning, but not whether there's a fault in the coolant sensor circuit or not.
There are several websites that list Peterbilt trucks for sale. These sites include, but are not limited to, www.truckertotrucker.com, www.truckpaper.com, 50000trucks.com, and www.thepetestore.com
Just "Google" the code you are looking for and you should find the information your looking for.

No, you can jumper two of the pins on the data port and the dashboard will flash any stored codes, but you had better know which pins to jump. GM code readers that you can buy from auto parts retailers have the jumper plug and a list of error codes for reference.
A list of fun flash game websites include friv.com, Agame.com, games.com, and many more.
Cycle the key on and off 3 times, at the third time, leave it in the on position. You should see the 'check engine' light start flashing. It will flash a code at you and you count the flashes to indicate the code number. For instance: a code 43 will flash four times then a pause, then it will flash three times. It will repeat any active codes three times in a row, followed by the next code. Once you get the code '55' you are at the end of the list.
