1rst way: they got rid of it and made it a cape you could only get it from ptr server
2nd way:In doomwood get rank 10 doomwood finish all quests from the start to the tower of necromancy.Then get to the top of the tower.Farm the creature creation at the chopping maul.Get a creature shard(5% drop!).Go to light guard but nue necromonian at rank 10.Go to the top of tower of necromancy.Goto merge shop and buy it for 50 000gold.
3rd Way:Finish all doomwood quest untill all of chopping maul quests are turned in.Goto zorbaks hideout and talk to him and go and but necromancer for 2000 ACs.
