To get the first magic meter, you have to beat the 2nd dungeon and go up the mountain. WARNING: If you dont have the Hylian Shield do not go up death mountain!
There will be an eruption if you go up and you need the hylian shield to proteect yourself from the rocks!
Once your on top of the mountain, you will see Kapora Gaebora (the owl) sitting on the sign post. He will mention there is a Great Fairy on top of the mountain. Go to the bomb-able wall to his left. Use a bomb to blow it open then go in.
Once inside, go to the triforce mark and stand on it. Play Zelda's Lullaby. The Great Fairy will appear. She will give you a "Sword Technique." She will give you a super whirlwind attack. The super whirlwind attack takes up magic power and thats how you get the magic meter!
There is also a magic meter upgrade in the game. But you cant get it unless you beat the Fire Temple. And you need the hammer.
I hope this helped!
A giant octo on two eyed reef is two squares east of Outset Island. When you defeat that giant octo using arrows or the boomerang, a fairy will come out and double your magic meter.
Requires:Access to the area behind King Zora, Bombs, A Magic Meter, an ocarina, zelda's lullaby. To get Farore's Wind in Ocarina of Time, become kid Link (again?), and enter the area behind King Zora. Swim over to the place with the big boulders, and bomb them. Then play zelda's lullaby and talk to the fairy. You will then have Farore's Wind.
The density of Piece of Heart from Ocarina of Time is in the 2.0 to 2.7 grams per cubic centimeter range, (2000-2700 kg per cubic meter)
It is on the square D7 (Two squares east of Outset Island) You can fight a giant octo there by seeing seagulls flying in a circle above the ocean. If you defeat it, you can double your magic meter.
There is no shop that sells fire arrows after you get the fire arrows from Snowhead Temple, all you need is your Magic energy meter filled up and some regular arrows, and you can use fire arrows.
You have to "charge" the sword by holding the sword button down. Then there will be a magic meter in the corner showing how much time you have left. Then move from one tile to the other one you want to use to create the second Link.
There is none, sorry. This game doesn't have a magic meter.
I think you complete it by filling the legend meter to 100%
i have a pet one and it's horn is a meter long:O it is magical

Remember the cutscene when Zelda was given the Light Arrows? She summoned the Light Spirits and used their power to make the arrows. Because in this game Link does not have a Magic Meter, and Zelda is a very powerful wielder of magic, she was able to summon the spirits instead of Link. This is my theory anyway, but it would also make sense if Zelda gave Link the arrows and shot Ganondorf himself. It would be really easy, because he could just target Ganon like when we fought King Bulbin on the Great Bridge of Hylia.
Assuming the last word is invincible, ther are two options known to me. One would be to locat the magic cape in the cemetary. When waring the magic cape you become invisible and thus cannot be injured. The other would be to locate the Cane of Byrna. In which when one uses the cane it produces a magic barrier around the caster that cannot be penetrated. The use of both of these items requires magic. They both drian the magic meter fairly quickly.
a meter is longer than a foot
