Hi,
Assuming you still have one, the belt map should be located on a sticker - on top of the belt shield on the passenger side of the engine, facing the front of the van. I suspect it will be covered with "crud" and all kinds of road dirt, so carefully wipe that shield and you may be able to make out the diagram.
I have inserted a link to some pictures of the engine compartment, and you may be able to see it in there.

It does not have a belt, it has a chain.
There is a tensioning pulley that you can move to loosen the belt. Look at the belt diagram in the engine compartment to locate it.
