Hm. there are many places where you can play games at school. You have to think outside the box. some are 1cup1coffee.com, arcadeprehacks.com (hacked games), dolphinolympics2.net, and so on. but then the computer teacher who is blocking the websites are WATCHING OVER YOU. so then, eventually, those websites get blocked. but if you want a specific game, go on Google and type that game. click every hyperlink until you get to a non-blocked one. If you are wondering how to get on YouTube, and youtube is blocked, type in the URL bar "il.youtube.com". but of course, it will eventually be blocked. have fun :)
