You can purchase them at the park before you go in, or you can go to these websites:
Walt Disney World: http://disneyworld.Disney.go.com/tickets-passes/
Disneyland: http://disneyland.disney.go.com/tickets/
Official DisneyWorld tickets can be purchased at travel agents, online ticket stores or the DisneyWorld website. If you are looking for deals on third party ticket sites, make sure to check that they are legitimate.
They can either be purchased from Disneyland's website in packages of 1 ticket to 5 tickets. Otherwise one can visit their parks and buy them at the reception there.
online or at the arrival of your check in
Hopper tickets/passes is a package deal that Disney offers which allows you to purchase one ticket for all the Disney parks. The good thing about a hopper pass is if you want to "hop" from one park to the next in a day, you are able to. It basically enables you to visit any Disney park as many times as you'd like. A regular priced hopper pass can usually be used a total of five times. The Park Hopper is great between Magic Kingdom and Epcot because they have a Monorail System.
A park hopper is a ticket purchase option at Disney parks. The PARK HOPPER pass is designed for flexability by giving you the opportunity to visit more than one park in the same day. You choose the number of days you want to visit and the ticket will give you unlimited admissions at any time to either Magic Kingdom, EPCOT Center, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. However, if you choose to go to another park on that day, you will be able to use your HOPPER ticket. If you decide to go to multiple parks in the same day, it is suggested you use the Disney® Transportation system to get back and forth. A standard ticket will not allow you to 'hop' between parks without losing days on the pass. Each park entry bwill be charged one day on the ticket.
$82, assuming no discounts (which would be very difficult to find for a 1 day, 1 park ticket).
An adult one day, one park pass is about $82 and a child is about $20 less. Optional add-ons are Park Hopper, No expiration date, and Extra Magic (water parks, Disney Quest,...) All of these will add money on to the cost. The more days you purchase, the cheaper the ticket. For example, an adult 3 day Hopper is around $278 and a 4 day hopper is $286.

Now, the entire price depends on how many days you're going there, but the park hopper function adds $59.00 more to your ticket. For example, for one day's ticket for someone over the age of 10, the total would be around $137.39. But, who goes to Disney alone for a single day?

The price for a basic ticket to Epcot is $64 per day, although if purchased as a combination with other Disney parks such as Walt Disney World in a "Park Hopper" package the price is substantially reduced.
You just need to purchase a five day park hopper ticket. These tickets cost a bit more, but allow you to visit more than one park per day. In fact the park hopper ticket would allow you to visit four Disney parks in one day, but that would be a bit ambitious.
