After making a large purchase at our local Lowes, we were unable to load the item onto the truck. I went back into the store and saw a young gentleman and asked for his assistance. His name is Malachi and this is the Niagara Blvd., Amherst, NY store. He was so courteous and helpful and a great representative for the Lowes company.

I was at Lowes on Lemon and needed some lumber. I was lucky enough to have a young man names Itala help me. He went thru at least 20 pieces of 2x4x10 foot pieces to find a straight one that also looked nice. When I thanked him for going thru so much trouble, he simply answered, 'It was my pleasure'. He went over an above for me and I think he should be recognized for his willingness to help.

Tamera at the Carthage, Missouri store went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I was trying to carry 80 lbs. of grass seed and she came running to help. Went to the garden center and got a cart. I paid and she accompanied me to the car and unloaded them. Excellent service.
