Matthew's Gospel says that Jesus must have spent the first years of his life in Egypt, for fear of King Herod who sought to have him killed. At some stage after the death of Herod, Joseph and Mary began the return journey to their home in Bethlehem but, being warned in a dream, turned aside and travelled to Galilee where they settled in a city called Nazareth.
Luke's Gospel says that Jesus spent the first twelve years of his life in Nazareth, travelling with his parents each year to Jerusalem for the Passover.
A nineteenth-century forgery called The Unknown Life of Jesus Christ says that Jesus went to India during his formative teen years, the "lost years" before his public ministry and there learned the secrets of the East. Few people accept this account as in anyway historical, although it created a sensation when first published and even when re-released. The very existence of this book demonstrates that nothing is known about the life of Jesus in the years prior to his mission.

God is love, and Jesus is the son of God, so my 'plan' for demonstrating Christ's love is to do the work of God, which Jesus said is to believe in him - please see John 6. 29. "Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."

Christianity as we know it began with the birth of Church, 50 days after the crucifixion of it's founder Jesus Christ, which was about 27 to 29 A.D. So to answer the question, Christianity has "been going for" between 1982 to 1984 years.
Battle of the Ages ended on 1952-11-29.
Around AD 29, significant events in the life of Jesus Christ occurred, including his public ministry and the gathering of his disciples. This period is marked by key teachings, miracles, and the growing tension between Jesus and the religious authorities of the time. It is also often associated with the beginning of his more direct confrontations that would eventually lead to his crucifixion. Additionally, this year is referenced in the context of the broader historical and political climate of the Roman Empire.
Jesus existed but the stories of the bible can never be proven. Much that is attributed to Jesus has in fact been adopted from other religions. For example: A comparison between Jesus Christ and the Indian god Krishna reveals some 29 identical or similar incidents in their lives. There are also many similarities between Buddhist stories and those in the New Testament. Many of the sayings attributed to Jesus can be found in the Buddhist scriptures. Even the well-known Sermon on the Mount for example has been shown to have been taken almost word for word from a manuscript written centuries before Jesus was born.
There are at least four. Jesus (the son of God) and Bar-Jesus, the Jewish sorcerer and false prophet mentioned in Acts 13:6. Jesus who is called Justus in Colossians 4:11. And Jesus called Barabas, who was set free instead of Jesus called the Christ
