Where was Morse code manufactured?

The code was not manufactured, it is not a physical object it is a speakable language that can be sent down a wire or on a radio signal using only a switch to turn current on and off. It also has a written form that is used to teach other people to use it, but until you develop an "ear" for the Morse Code language having the written code will not help you to use it in practice.
