HE WAS BURIED IN THE GREAT TEMPLE OF RAMSES II

Ramesses II was buried in the Valley of the Kings in tomb KV7. His mummy was moved to neighbouring tombs several times in ancient history, after his tomb was raided.

* He was first buried in the Valley of Kings at KV 7 * Then in the 20th dynasty he was reburied in Deir el Bahri cache * In 1995 his family mausoleum was discovered, the largest tomb ever found in Egypt in which the sons of Ramses II were buried. He had as many as 100 children of whom about 50 of his 52 sons are thought to be buried there. Oh and its Ramsese the 2nd

A:The Bible very clearly places the Exodus from Egypt around 1440 BCE, whereas Ramses II was pharaoh from around 1290 to 1224 BCE and for that reason could not have been the biblical pharaoh. The one biblical point in favour of Ramses II being the biblical pharaoh is that it was he who built the city of Ramses (Pi-Ramesses), mentioned in the story of the Exodus. Unlike the biblical pharoah, who was drowned in the Red Sea, Ramses II was buried in a tomb in the Valley of Kings. His body was later moved to a royal cache.
