They weren't "minted" anywhere, because the Mint only makes coins. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing prints all US paper currency.

It's easy to tell where modern bills were printed. Up till 1990 there was only one printing facility, located in Washington DC, so your bill was printed there. By that year demand for bills had increased to the point where the BEP had to open a second facility. It's located in Fort Worth. Bills printed at the Fort Worth plant can be identified by a small "FW" to the left of one of the note-position letters, usually found in the upper-right part of the bill's face. For example, a bill printed in Washington might have a position letter that looks like C12 while a Fort Worth bill might have FWB4
