Well Gaea (the earth) and Uranus (the sky) had many children and some of those children were the titans. One of the Titans, Cronus, defeated his father Uranus and became high god. Cronus then married his sister, Rhea, and had 5 children named Poseidon (Neptune), Hades (Pluto), Hera (Juno), Demeter (Ceres) and Hestia (Vesta) and swallowed them, so they could not take his place as high god (goddess). Although Cronus had another child he never knew about named Zeus (Jupiter). Zeus overcomes his father Cronus in battle and became high god. (Zeus does free his brothers and sisters from their fathers stomach). Zeus tricks Hera into marring him and they have Athena, Ares, and Hephaestus. Zeus marries some other women and have Apollo, Artemis, Dionysus, Persephone, and Hermes. Mow there was another goddess named Aphrodite. She sprouted from the water and became the goddess of love and beauty.

That is the main story of the main gods\goddesses of olympus although many other titans had children and many of the gods from olympus had children aswell. There was also a myth that the gods would come down and marry "mortal" women. Thus a demi-god was formed (half man half god). I can't really tell you "where" they were created but this is what I know.
