Up a creek without a paddle
Plymouth Rock is the name of the location where the pilgrims first settled in America and is also the name of a chicken species. So the answer is Plymouth Rock chickens or "Barred Rocks," as they are also known as are indeed alive.
Throughout the years many pieces have broken off and since been removed. The first break was when it was loaded on a carriage. I believe that is why it has always been called Plymouth Rock and not Plymouth Rocks.
The Mayflower Master Christopher Jones set anchor in Plymouth Harbor (modern day Massachusetts), December 21, 1620. Two of the first colonists to set foot on "Land" (the area was considered march land at that time and few rocks were found in that area, the shore line has changed dramatically since the 1600s) were Edward Winslow and William Bradford. Please see related links below!

Pilgrim workers built the houses. The houses on Plymouth Plantation were made out of logs, hay, rocks, wood and mud.

The pilgrims landed somewhere near cape cod in Massachusetts. (if you are talking about the ones on the Mayflower) they were headed to Virginia and got blown off course. There is the famous Plymouth rock, but is is very unlikely that they actually hit the rock. This is because, Europeans and American colonists did not start carving dates on rocks and trees ect. until a period after the Mayflower and the Pilgrims. Suggesting that someone came back and carved the date on the rock around were they ran aground. I did a big thing on this in my A.P history class.

The oldest lighthouse in the UK is called the Smeaton's Tower, located in Plymouth on the southern coast near Eddystone rocks. Built in 1756, its light was first lit in 1759 and it is classed as the UK's oldest lighthouse. However, it is no longer used as a lighthouse, but as a tourist attraction and a memorial to its builder. It was in use until 1877, but it was (largely) dismantled and rebuilt on Plymouth Hoe, Plymouth, when it was discovered that Eddystone Rocks, upon which it stood, were eroding.
