Acts 4: 10-12 "Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, [even] by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Romans 10:13: "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" John 14:6 "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." So, technically, no, not in those exact two words, but as you see above the truth of the statement is clearly present.
The phrase "Jesus saves" does not appear in the King James version of the bible.
If I understood you correctly, you are looking for a Bible verse containing the phrase "Jesus saves". There is no verse that says that word for word, but there are few that are close, or carry that idea:1Timothy 1:15 - "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief."Matthew 18:11 - "For the Son of man[Jesus] is come to save that which was lost.Matthew1:21 - "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.Acts 13:23 - "Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus" etc.
You can find the story of the woman at the well in the Bible in the Gospel of John, specifically in John 4:4-42. This passage describes Jesus' encounter with a Samaritan woman at a well, where he offers her living water and reveals that he is the Messiah.
Matthew 26:15
You'll need to be more specific to find the verse of what you are looking for because Jesus is explaining things to thousands of men and women before he was crucified. 'What was being explained' would be a helpful question to start with.
Christ
