What was the date when Romeo and Juliet got married?

The play begins two weeks and some days before Juliet's 14th birthday, which fell on Lammas Eve, the day before Lammas, which was August 1 (Act 1 Scene 3). Therefore the play begins some 16 or 17 days before Juliet's birthday July 31. Let's say the play begins July 14. In that case they were married on the 15th, give or take a day. We know from Act 3 Scene 4 that they were married on a Monday. Mercutio and Tybalt died that same day. There are no clues as to the year.

Romeo and Juliet got married after how long?

Four days - from Monday to Thursday. Act 3, Scene 4 But, soft! what day is this? PARIS Monday, my lord, CAPULET Monday! ha, ha! Well, Wednesday is too soon, O' Thursday let it be: o' Thursday, tell her, She shall be married to this noble earl. Will you be ready? do you like this haste? We'll keep no great ado,--a friend or two; For, hark you, Tybalt being slain so late, It may be thought we held him carelessly, Being our kinsman, if we revel much: Therefore we'll have some half a dozen friends, And there an end. But what say you to Thursday? Romeo and Juliet had been married that morning, then Romeo got into the fight in which he killed Tybalt, and was banished to Mantua. Juliet's father is talking to Paris in this scene. Whilst this is going on, the lovers have their one night together as a married couple. In the morning they have that wonderful conversation, which starts, Juliet: Wilt thou be gone? it is not yet near day: It was the nightingale, and not the lark, That pierced the fearful hollow of thine ear; Nightly she sings on yon pomegranate-tree: Believe me, love, it was the nightingale. But it is morning and Romeo rides off to Mantua. Then Juliet's mother tells her about the arranged marriage to Paris, which is to take place on Thursday, and Juliet goes off to Friar Lawrence, who gives her the sleeping potion to drink. He tells her to drink it on Wednesday night, and that its effect will last for 42 hours. But then Capulet moves the wedding up to Wednesday morning, so she takes the potion Tuesday night On Wednesday, when the marriage is to take place, Juliet appears dead. She therefore wakes up on Thursday, 42 hours after she drank the potion.

Where is Juliet's wedding to Paris to be held?

Juliet's mother says, "early next Thursday morn . . . the County Paris, at Saint Peter's church shall happily make thee there a joyful bride." The wedding is to take place at St. Peter's church, apparently. The reception and wedding feast, on the other hand, are to take place at the bride's father's house, which is why they stay up all night madly cooking.
