It is leaking from the oil pump seal ,you have to change both seals .one of those looks like worm seal, and the other one is round.

IF YOU FOLLOW THE LOWER RADIATOR HOSE TO THE ENGINE,YOU WILL LOCATE THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING.THERE ARE TWO BOLTS THAT HOLD THE HOUSING ON. THE THERMOSTAT SETS INSIDE THE HOUSING.
