It should be in front of the driver side on the fire wall with a cap saying windshieled wiper fluid.

I have a 99 GS-T and I'm not sure if it's the same but couldn't hurt! it is located in the back of the car under the spare tire. The fill tube is in the frame under the hatchback door. it should have a black cap showing windshield washer fluid. Hope this helps :)
