I believe its the windshield wiper fluid for the car. Check the rear fluid also.

Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

It should be in front of the driver side on the fire wall with a cap saying windshieled wiper fluid. . I have a 99 GS-T and I'm not sure if it's the same but couldn't hurt! it is located in the back of the car under the spare tire. The fill tube is in the frame under the hatchback door. it should have a black cap showing windshield washer fluid. Hope this helps :)
