Technically that would be the Atlantic ocean. However, i hope you realise that Toronto is nowhere near any ocean coastline. It sits on Lake Ontario, which drains through the St. Lawrence into the Atlantic a couple thousand km east. Or, the easier way to get this answer: look at a freaking map!
