To whom it may concern. After speaking with a Toyota technician, it was indicated that the Toyota Sequioa's has no rear window fuse. It is a part of a fuse that facilitates all the power windows. If the rear window doesn't function, but the other windows do, then its your REAR WINDOW MOTOR that requires the attention.
This is a commonly reported problems on the early Seqouias, the motors tend to 'freeze' in place from lack of use. I believe there is a TSB out on this very topic. It is discussed in some detail in the Sequoia threads on Tundrasolutions.com where I can all my Toyota Sequoia answers. Often the dealer will simply replace the non-functioning motor but if you're out of warranty, like I am, the maintenance solution is relatively easy with a reasonable chance of success.
Check your owners manual to find the location of your power window fuse. You should find a diagram with the exact location of each fuse.
