To get emancipated you would have to go to the courts and prove you can live on your own. Then you will have to do things on your own because your parents would not be legally responsible for you anymore.

If there is abuse or neglect involved, you should contact your local Social Services office or the police. You can become emancipated with a court order; if you do not become emancipated because of the abuse/neglect you will be ordered to live with another family member or someone else appointed by the court.

Can you write a will if you are 15 years old and emancipated from your parents?

If you are emancipated, you can write a will. Even if you are not emancipated, you could write one, but there is no obligation for the state to follow it. They will execute according to the intestacy laws if the will is not considered reasonable.

You are 16 years old and want to be emancipated by your father who is an alcholic and your mom has custody of you I have seen him once in three years and he wont call for months or even years?

It does not sound like you know what being emancipated means. Being emancipated is where a minor under the age of 18 no longer wants their parents to be responsible for them and wants to be considered an adult by the state. This would mean that you would have all the rights of an 18 year old at the age of 16. If your mother has custody of you and you have no problem with her then i would see no reason to try to get emancipated.
