where would I find fill cap for transmission on a caravan?
Loose or defective gas cap.
Either the cap or the wires need replaced.
What transmission cap? The question makes no sense.
inside the transmission would be a smart choice thank you very much At the top of the transmission, you can find a large red cap. It's where you should fill your transmission.
The fill cap is on the valve cover.
The transmission fluid dip stick is a yellow cap that is located behind the lower radiator hose. Its hard to find but if you move some of the cables and hoses that are close to the transmission case it will be there.
There is an oil cap in middle of forward valve cover, has a black cap with yellow markings.
Transmission fluid doesn't have a cap. It's added with a small funnel to the dipstick tube.
On the top of the transmission there is a red cap. that cap comes off and you add fluid through there.
You add fluid through the dipstick tube. There is no cap like the oil.
There is no transmission cap, it's a sealed transmission. Any servicing would have to be done at either a Lincoln, Ford, and some Jag dealerships. There is no transmission cap, it's a sealed transmission. Any servicing would have to be done at either a Lincoln, Ford, and some Jag dealerships.
There is no transmission fluid cap as such. The dipstick is the closest thing there is to a cap. If you need to add fluid simply pour the correct fluid down the dipstick tube.
