Going to need more info to help you out. What kind of vehicle is it and what engine does it have. A myriad of things that could be leaking including, but not limited to, oil pan gaskets, valve cover gaskets, oil pressure sending unit, oil filter and so on. Depending on which engine you have some of these are more likely, some less.
Another possibility is that some folks aren't real careful when they add oil to their engine and any spillage will eventually find its way to you driveway.

right side of engine at the back of the engine on the lower side. Look in the right front tire wheel well at the back of the motor.
On right side (pass) side of motor, down low on front.

the engine number is either at the front right hand side of the motor or the back right hand side
It is coming from the very front? That would obviously be the radiator. If it's coming from the right side (passenger side) of the engine it could be the waterpump, or simply a hose.My inner voice tells me waterpump.

it is on the right side of motor toward front on a 4.0
the tcm is located when you are looking from the front of the car it will be located on the right side of the motor
