dragon wort is a common name for two herbs. One is Tarragon which is artimesia draconia. The other is also called snakeweed or Persicaria bistorta. We grow both of these interesting herbs in our 18th Century Heirloom Museum garden. Now that you know the latin names, you can do a Google search to see which is the one you are searching. Tarragon is very commonly sold at most garden centers. Bistorta is sold at upscale centers, museum sales or online. Look for the variety "superba" it has the biggest and prettiest flowers for an ornamental cottage garden.
