Unfortunately you cannot download the Creative Live Cam Video IM Pro software. According to the official Creative website, that program is no longer available. There might be some third party outlets to download it from, but the software probably will not be supported.

if the webcam was built-in there should be software on the computer by default. If you bought it from a shop or online you should have got a disc with it that contains the suitable drivers and software. If you didn't use windows live movie maker which comes with windows seven and on the home tab click add video from webcam and it will give you a preview
