I don't know enough about your situation to be able to help out with much specifics, but try to lower your intake of fatty and sugary foods and exercise regularly. Cardio (will help get you warmed up), crunches, sit ups, side bends (for love handles).If exercise is too difficult to maintain/get motivated about, try dancing. Seriously, just turn on some music in your room and start dancing, it'll help. Especially Belly Dancing. Just try to use your stomach muscles as much as you can: keep them tighten and loosen your stomach muscles as you dance and try to use your stomach to dance in a controlled muscular move every now and then.Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, stand tall, and have fun dancing around!
